Refund Policy:
Full refund of all tuition and fees if cancelled within 72 hours of signing. This excludes weekends and legal holidays.
Cancellation within three days: full refund minus $200 administrative/supply fee.
Cancellation within first three weeks: 80%refund
Cancellation after first three weeks: 75% of fees refunded.
Cancellation after second quarter of the program: Approximately 50% of fees refunded.
Cancellation after the third quarter of the program: Approximately 10% of fees refunded.
Cancellation during the fourth quarter of the program: HCMA will retain all fees.
Make up days: Note that at the end date is the last day of class but students have up to 3 months following the last class of their program to complete the 50 required internship appointment hours. The state mandates that all class hours must be completed. Any absences or time missed must be made up. We provide instructor supervised make-up hours outside of regular class time at $10 per hour.
